1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using VYRA, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Free access & future pricing

VYRA is currently free to use for all registered users during its beta period. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans or premium features at a future date. If we do:

• We will provide reasonable advance notice to all active users before any charges take effect.
• No payment will ever be taken without your explicit consent.
• Users who joined during the free beta will be informed of their options fairly.
• Any transition to a paid model will not apply retroactively to content or features already accessed.

Continued use of VYRA after the introduction of paid plans does not constitute acceptance of any charges — you must actively opt in to any paid tier.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use VYRA. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the platform.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not create accounts for others without their permission or operate multiple accounts to circumvent platform rules.

5. User content

You retain ownership of any content you post on VYRA (hauls, messages, profile information). By posting content, you grant VYRA a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content within the platform. You are solely responsible for content you post. You must not post content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or that infringes on another party's intellectual property rights.

6. Affiliate links

Product agent links on VYRA are affiliate links. VYRA may earn a commission when you use these links to make a purchase, at no extra cost to you. This commission helps fund the platform. We are not responsible for transactions or disputes arising from third-party platforms accessed through these links.

7. Prohibited conduct

You may not use VYRA to:

• Post spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or malicious links.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other users' accounts.
• Scrape or automate data extraction without written permission.
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

The VYRA name, logo, and platform design are the property of VYRA. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our branding or platform without written permission. Brand names and logos shown in the product directory belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

VYRA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of all product information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VYRA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. 11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We will notify active users of material changes via the platform. Continued use of VYRA after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
