What data we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address, username, and any profile information you choose to provide (display name, avatar, bio). When you post hauls, we store the media files and product links you upload. When you message other users, we store those messages to deliver them.

How we use your data

Your data is used solely to operate the VYRA platform — to display your profile, serve your content to other users, process payments, and provide the features you use. We do not sell your data to any third party, use it for advertising, or share it beyond what is necessary to run the service.

Third-party services

Clerk — handles authentication and stores your login credentials securely. See Clerk's privacy policy.

Stripe — processes subscription payments. We do not store your payment card details. See Stripe's privacy policy.

OpenAI — powers the AI assistant. Chat messages sent to the assistant are processed by OpenAI. See OpenAI's privacy policy.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data, posts, and messages will be removed within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can manage most of this through your account settings. For data deletion requests or other enquiries, contact us through the platform.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify active users via the platform. Continued use of VYRA after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
